Through the Razor Branding™ process, we developed a brand promise—“Where Color Meets Consciousness”—and built the INX IMPACT framework to guide internal culture and external communications. We created a full brand architecture, including standards, messaging guides, and cohesive visual assets, aligning over 50 locations and product lines under one clear voice. As a result, INX transitioned from a supplier of inks to a strategic partner recognized for performance, purpose, and progress.
