We’re looking for a Public Relations & Media Coordinator who can bridge storytelling and strategy — helping our clients earn attention through PR while maximizing impact through smart, data-driven media planning.

You’ll help manage public relations efforts, coordinate media strategies, and assist with research, planning, and buying across traditional and digital channels. What You’ll Do
Public Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media outlets.
- Write and distribute press releases, story pitches, and editorial content that elevate client brands.
- Coordinate and track media coverage, interviews, and speaking opportunities.
- Support crisis and reputation management efforts with clear, timely communication.
- Develop and execute PR campaigns that enhance visibility and strengthen client positioning.
Media Research, Planning & Buying
- Assist in the research, evaluation, and selection of media outlets across digital, print, broadcast, and outdoor platforms.
- Collaborate with the media and strategy teams to build media plans that align with client goals, budgets, and target audiences.
- Support vendor communications, media negotiations, and scheduling of placements.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile data for reporting and optimization.
- Maintain an organized system of media files, rates, contacts, and analytics.
Content Creation & Coordination
- Develop and edit copy for press releases, blogs, newsletters, and social channels.
- Ensure all communications are consistent with each brand’s tone and messaging.
- Partner with designers, strategists, and account managers to bring campaigns to life across all platforms.
Measurement & Insights
- Track and report PR and media results, analyzing engagement, impressions, and ROI.
- Provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in PR, communications, or media coordination (agency experience preferred).
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of media buying principles and tools (digital + traditional).
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Workspace, and media research software.
- A collaborative mindset, curiosity for learning, and passion for helping brands grow.
