Join the brandRUSSO Team as a Digital Strategist

brandRUSSO is looking for a dynamic Digital Strategist to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and web development.

As a Digital Strategist, you’ll collaborate with various teams to enhance our client’s brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates. You’ll delve into market research, identifying key trends and metrics to tailor our strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing SEO and content, creating compelling email marketing campaigns, developing social media strategies, and optimizing landing pages for better user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand target audiences, competitors, and market trends.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for each digital campaign.
SEO and Content Management:
  • Perform SEO audits and recommend improvements to increase organic search rankings.
  • Develop and optimize website content, including blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Email Marketing:
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
  • Segment email lists based on user behavior and demographics to improve targeting.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and implement improvements.
Social Media Management:
  • Develop social media strategies to increase brand presence and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Create and schedule engaging content and monitor social media interactions.
  • Track and report on social media metrics.
Landing Pages and Conversion Optimization:
  • Design and optimize landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective design and content variations.
  • Utilize tools like Google Optimize to implement and analyze tests.
Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with the creative, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive digital campaigns.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proficient in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative digital strategies.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Monday, Salesforce, and Pardot.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
  • Familiarity with PPC advertising, Google Ads, and PSM.
  • Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
